how do you edit your picture like (post/52687968401) , i see on the picture ,there is some like a, i don't know, froen ice, or steam or dust, or something like that ? can you teach me thanks ^^
i’d be happy to help ^^ see, that steam/dust looking layer is a grunge texture. first, you can find and download those types of textures here. then edit your picture on ps however you like and then when you are satisfied you can open up the texture of your choice and apply it to the picture to create a new layer. then you see this:
and then on the texture layer you select the box with all the options and choose which ever one suits you best (i use ‘screen’ most of the time). and then change the opacity to your liking and then you’re done! you can always ask more questions if you have them
